Bio

Tushar Tukaram Dalvi is a Mumbai-born, Toronto-based theatre artist with nearly two decades of experience as an actor, director, producer, stage manager, and lighting designer. He founded Rangaai Theatre Company in 2016, specializing in immersive, sensory-driven performances. His acclaimed production, Darkroom V4.0, has been staged over 275 times across six cities and two countries.

In Toronto, his acting credits include Sita’s Revenge (Red Beti Theatre), Termite (MT Space IMPACT 2023), and Aala Tamasha Aala (Toronto Fringe 2024). As a director and producer, he has led Timon of Athens (Dandelion Theatre), The Really Real Flop Show, and Unplanned Murder.

Tushar collaborates with Aluna Theatre, Crow’s Theatre, Necessary Angel Theatre Company, Red Beti Theatre, and more, creating bold, innovative theatre in Canada and beyond.
