Accessible Service Feedback

This feedback is sent directly to the Managing Director and the head of the Patron Services department. All feedback is reviewed on receipt and actioned within 30 days. If you have requested us to contact you about your feedback, please allow up to a week for a response (direct any urgent requests to access@factorytheatre.ca). All feedback is stored permanently and an anonymous summary of all feedback is regularly reported to the board of directors.
